When a trip has to be booked the first place to look is at the individual traveling to see if they have enough miles to get a free ticket from their own account. You can get a detailed report for any individual registered in the system.

The report shows firstly any special messages for this account. This will indicate if there are any problems we are having getting the mileage for any program of this individual. If there are problems they can be rectified in our administration section which we will cover later.

Next you can see all the account balances for this individual. This report shows the current balance for the account and a total for any awards that have been recently booked. Then you get a view of how this translates into free flights on the routes/areas that you most commonly fly. This is completely tailored to your travel policy.

On this report you can also see details on the individual's status points and tier for each program and also a list of flights that we consider may be missing. These comes from analysis of the individual's account where we believe the airline may have missed allocating the correct mileage.
